This Notice of Settlement is given pursuant to a Settlement Agreement dated as of April

8, 2011 by and between Select Onion Company, LLC (“Select”), Farrell Larson and Gold Coast

23

Harvesting, Inc. (“Gold Coast”), all of whom are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

24

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the Parties stipulate that Select’s complaint and

25

Gold Coast’s cross complaint shall each be dismissed with prejudice, and that each Party shall

26

bear its own attorneys fees and costs.
