Plaintiffs Susan Loye and Kenneth Loye (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant United States of

America (“Defendant”), by and through their respective counsel of record, stipulate to extend the

date for filing non-dispositive motions, currently set for November 21, 2011, to December 5,

21

2011, as specifically set forth below.

The parties base this stipulation on good cause as the parties extended the expert

23

discovery cut-off to allow for a ruling on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss currently set for hearing

24

on October 11, 2011. No other dates in this action are affected by this brief extension of the

25

filing deadline.
