(ECF No. 131.) Consequently, this Court vacated all 18 pending deadlines and the trial date, and ordered that the parties shall, no later than October 17, 19 2016, file appropriate papers to dismiss or conclude this action in its entirety. (ECF No. 132.) 20 Pending such dismissal papers, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that the parties’ pretrial 21 motions in limine are DENIED without prejudice (ECF Nos. 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124). 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
