The case 16 was removed from state court on October 14, 2010. 17 18 On January 12, 2015, Plaintiff filed a motion to extend the time to file an opposition to Defendant Lantz’s motion to dismiss. 19 Good cause having been presented to the Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is 20 granted thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order to file a response to Defendant’s motion 21 to dismiss. 22 23 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
