Plaintiff requests this extension due to medical complications he is 18 experiencing. (Doc. 15.) The request for an extension of time will be granted. 19 Plaintiff is informed that a failure to file an amended complaint on or before the deadline set 20 forth below will result in a recommendation that the action be dismissed for failing to comply with 21 an order of the Court. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time is GRANTED; and 24 2.
