Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights

action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter proceeds on retaliation and medical
24
indifference claims against Defendant Mobert.

Before the Court is Plaintiff’s request for a copy of a portion of his previously filed
declaration in opposition to Defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
Good cause having been presented, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion
(ECF No. 60) is GRANTED such that the Clerk of the Court is directed to provide Plaintiff
