The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, with the Court’s approval as indicated by issuance of the

attached Order, that the respondent Commissioner of Social Security shall have a FIRST extension of

22

time of 30 days to respond to Plaintiff’s opening brief [Docket No. 16]. This case was reassigned to a

23

new Assistant Regional Counsel, who was under the impression that an extension of time was already

24

obtained. The original due date was August 11, 2011. The new due date will be September 10, 2011.

25

The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
