On December 10, 2010, Plaintiff filed the present action for judicial review of the denial of

Social Security benefits.

On November 4, 2011, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations that
21
Plaintiff’s appeal be GRANTED and the action be REMANDED for further proceedings. The
22
Findings and Recommendations were served on all parties and contained notice that any objections
23
were to be filed within thirty (30) days. No objections were filed.
24
In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a de
25
novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the Findings
26
and Recommendations are supported by the record and proper analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The Findings and Recommendations issued November 4, 2011, are ADOPTED IN
FULL;

Plaintiff’s appeal is GRANTED; and

The action is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings.

This terminates this action in its entirety.
