This action is 18 proceeding on Plaintiff’s amended complaint, filed on January 3, 2012, against Defendant Gray 19 for acting with deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s medical needs, in violation of the Eighth 20 Amendment. On February 9, 2015, Defendant Gray filed a motion for summary judgment. Fed. 21 R. Civ. P. 56. To date, Plaintiff has not filed a response. 22 Pursuant to Local Rule 230(l), Plaintiff is HEREBY ORDERED to file an opposition or a 23 statement of non-opposition to Defendant Gray’s motion within twenty-one (21) days. Plaintiff 24 is warned that the failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action, 25 with prejudice, for failure to prosecute.
