This matter was set for a settlement conference on December 20, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. and the

Court issued a writs of habeas corpus ad testificandum commanding the production of Plaintiff,

Morteza Bakhtiari to the courthouse at 312 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, California. This

conference has been continued.

Accordingly, Plaintiff is no longer needed by the Court on December 20, 2011, and the writ
of habeas corpus ad testificandum as to this inmate is HEREBY WITHDRAWN.
