FERNANDO GONZALES, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Matthew James Griffin (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 18 pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On November 20, 2013, 19 Plaintiff filed a Declaration titled “Plaintiff’s First Declaration in Support of his Motions, Inter 20 Alia.” (Doc. 30.) The Declaration is unsigned. All filings submitted to the court must bear the 21 signature of the filing party. Local Rule 131; Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a). Accordingly, IT IS 22 HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Declaration, filed on November 20, 2013, is STRICKEN 23 from the record for lack of signature. 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
