AMENDED 13 / 14 15 Plaintiff Brian Willoughby (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 16 forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has filed a 17 Motion for Order for Supplemental Complaint [ECF No. 8] asking the Court for leave to file 18 an amended complaint that includes additional defendants and supplements his claims of 19 unconstitutional medical care. 20 21 For good cause shown, Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED.
