Pursuant to the terms of written Settlement Agreements as well as the provisions of Rule

41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties, by and through their respective

counsel, hereby stipulate that this action be dismissed with prejudice. The Plaintiffs, Karen

Madison, Deborah Rusconi, and Laurie Tafoya, previously stipulated to dismissal with
22
prejudice. The purpose of this stipulation is to dismiss the remainder of the case relating to the
23
lien claims of the County of Fresno with prejudice.
