Parties have stipulated by counsel to extend the period of time for Defendant to file his

Answer and the Administrative Record. (Doc. 13). The Scheduling Order allows a single thirty-day

extension by the stipulation of parties. (Doc. 7 at 4). Here, Defendant seeks an extension of thirty

21

days “due to an unexpected delay in obtaining a transcript of Plaintiff’s administrative hearing.”

(Doc. 13 at 1). Accordingly, Defendant shall file his answer and the administrative record by

August 22, 2011.
