Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights action pursuant to

42 U.S.C. § 1983.
On April 13, 2011, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis,
20
21
which the Court granted on April 14, 2011. (ECF Nos. 2 & 4.) Due to the fact that the
22
Court granted Plaintiff’s previous application to proceed in forma pauperis in the
23
present case, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff’s April 13, 2011 application to
24
proceed in forma pauperis is DISREGARDED AS MOOT.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
