Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas
corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

On May 30, 2014, the Magistrate Judge issued a Findings and Recommendation

21

that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus be DENIED with prejudice. On July 14, 2014

22

the District Court Judge adopted the Findings and Recommendation and denied the

23

petition for writ of habeas corpus.

24

On September 30, 2015, Petitioner filed a motion for copies. (ECF No. 43.)

25

Petitioner contends that she did not receive copies of several of the orders issued by this

26

court, including the Findings and Recommendations and the Order Adopting the

27

Findings and Recommendations. She claims that she transferred institutions at the time

28

the orders were issued.

The Court hereby GRANTS Petitioner’s motion for copies. The Clerk of Court is

2

ordered to re-issue copies of the following Court orders to Petitioner: ECF Nos. 36, 39,

3

and 40.
