Currently pending before this Court are Defendants’ motion to dismiss and Plaintiffs’

motion for preliminary injunction. These motions are set for hearing on August 8, 2011, at 1:30

20

p.m. in Courtroom 2. The Court has reviewed the papers and has determined that these matters

21

are suitable for decision without oral argument. Local Rule 230(g). Therefore, IT IS HEREBY

22

ORDERED that the previously set hearing date of August 8, 2011, is VACATED, and the parties

23

shall not appear at that time. As of August 8, 2011, the Court will take these matters under

24

submission, and will thereafter issue its decision.
