Judge Jennifer L. Thurston in Bakersfield.

The parties have conferred and jointly request that this hearing be reset for December 20,

2011 at 1:30 p.m. to accommodate a scheduling conflict. David Kinder, lead counsel for Plaintiffs,

will be in trial in Texas during the week of December 8, 2011.
