(Mot. To 18 Dismiss, ECF No. 14.) On January 18, 2011, Respondent filed a request to withdraw the 19 motion to dismiss. (Request, ECF No. 17.) The Court hereby GRANTS the request. 20 Respondent shall file a response to the petition within thirty (30) days of service of this 21 order. The response shall otherwise comply with the instructions provided in the Court’s 22 scheduling order issued September 29, 2011.
