No. 1:11-cv-01315-JLT-LJO (HC)
JAMES YATES,
Respondent.

On February 27, 2017, Petitioner filed a motion for a fourteen-day extension of time to
19
file his traverse. On March 7, 2017, the Court granted the motion and set the deadline for
20
fourteen days from the date of service of the order. It has come to the Court’s attention that
21
setting the deadline “from the date of service” of the order rather than from the actual traverse
22
deadline did not provide Petitioner with sufficient time. In light of this, the Court ORDERS that
23
the deadline for filing a Traverse is extended thirty days from the date of service of this Order.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
