On November 29, 2012, the parties filed a stipulated request to modify the scheduling order.

(Doc. 33.) The parties indicate that they have been unable to complete discovery as currently

scheduled and request that the discovery deadlines and all subsequent deadlines be continued for

16

three (3) months. (Doc. 33, ¶¶ 2, 6-12.) The Court GRANTS the parties' stipulated request for a

17

schedule modification, but notes that some of the dates proposed by the parties have been modified

18

below to comport with the Court's calendar.
