IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

20 counsel of record, that Plaintiff shall have a first extension of time to file her opening brief.
21 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and has had problems with her computer, and therefore requires
22 additional time to prepare and file her opening brief.

The parties stipulate that Plaintiff’s opening brief will be due July 23, 2012. All other due

24 dates will be adjusted accordingly.
