The United States filed a clerk’s default against Barun Law on February 6, 26 27 28 1/ The defendant $50,000.00 seized from JP Morgan Chase Bank National Association, the Correspondent Bank for National Agricultural Cooperative Federation account number 06550294616 was dismissed from this action on December 22, 2011.
