He filed a first 18 amended complaint on September 19, 2011. Thereafter, he filed an application for writ of habeas 19 corpus and a motion for preliminary injunction. Docs. 18 and 19. 20 On October 4, 2011, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations that 21 Plaintiff’s application for writ of habeas corpus and him motion for preliminary injunction be 22 DENIED. The Findings and Recommendations were served on plaintiff and contained notice 23 that any objections were to be filed within twenty (21) days. On October 17, 2011, Plaintiff filed 24 objections to the findings and recommendations. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a 26 de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the 27 Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record and proper analysis. 28 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 The Findings and Recommendations issued October 4, 2011, are ADOPTED IN FULL; and 4 2.
