On March 13, 2015, Defendants filed a request to extend the time to file a motion for

summary judgment relating to exhaustion of the administrative remedies. Pursuant to the Court’s
18
December 16, 2014, discovery and scheduling order, the deadline to file a motion relating to the
19
exhaustion of the administrative remedies is March 16, 2015. (ECF No. 37.)

Good cause having been presented to the Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants
21
may file their motion for summary judgment relating to exhaustion of the administrative remedies on
22
or before April 6, 2015.
