Plaintiff initiated this 19 action on September 29, 2011. (ECF No. 1.) On December 2, 2013, the Court found 20 that Plaintiff stated cognizable First and Fourth Amendment claims against Defendant 21 Duvall, but did not state a claim against any of the remaining Defendants. (ECF No. 6.) 22 Plaintiff was given leave to amend the complaint or notify the Court of his desire to 23 proceed only on his cognizable claims. 24 cognizable claims. (ECF No. 7.) (Id.)
