Pursuant to this Court’s 15 Local Rule 160, this Court ORDERS the parties, no later than April 5, 2012, to file appropriate papers 16 to dismiss or conclude this action in its entirety, or to show good cause why the action has not been 17 dismissed. 18 19 This Court VACATES all pending dates and matters, including the March 8, 2012 scheduling conference. 20 Failure to comply with this order may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions on counsel or 21 parties who contributed to violation of this order. See Local Rules160 and 272. This Court 22 ADMONISHES counsel that they are expected to observe and comply with the Federal Rules of Civil 23 Procedure and this Court’s Local Rules and orders and are subject to sanctions and reinstatement of 24 discovery, motion and trial dates as this Court deems appropriate. 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
