ECF No. 34 FERNANDO GONZALEZ, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Brent Adler (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil 18 rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On September 16, 2013, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 39). 20 Defendants’ motion is currently pending. 21 On March 8, 2013, Defendants filed a motion to stay discovery.
