This action was filed on December 9, 2011. (ECF No. 1.) On March 3, 2014, Plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, without prejudice. (ECF No. 41.) On March 11, 2014, Defendant filed a notice of nonopposition to Plaintiff’s notice of voluntary dismissal. (ECF No. 42.) Accordingly, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY DIRECTED to close this case and term all pending motions.
