(hereinafter “Defendants”), and plaintiffs 2 QUENTIN HALL, et al. (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”), through their respective counsel of 3 record, respectfully submit this Stipulation to modify the existing Preliminary Scheduling 4 Order to set a last day to serve Initial Disclosures, pursuant to Rule 26(a)(1) of the 5 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 6 7 8 9 WHEREAS, on June 19, 2012, the Court conducted a mandatory scheduling conference. WHEREAS, on June 20, 2012, the Court issued its Preliminary Scheduling Order, which did not include a date for the service of Initial Disclosures. 10 THEREFORE, Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through their counsel, hereby 11 stipulate that the last day for the parties to serve their Initial Disclosures is July 31, 12 2012. No further extensions of time for the service of the parties’ Initial Disclosures will 13 be granted. However, this stipulation and order does not affect the ability of the parties 14 to make supplemental disclosures, pursuant to Rule 26(a)(3) of the Federal Rules of 15 Civil Procedure. 16 IT IS SO STIPULATED. 17 Dated: June 29, 2012 18 KEVIN B.
