Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on December 22, 19 2011. (Doc. 1.) 20 On April 6, 2012, Plaintiff filed a motion for leave to amend the Complaint. (Doc. 18.) In light 21 of the fact that the Court issued an order on January 27, 2012, informing Plaintiff of his right to amend 22 the Complaint, Plaintiff’s present motion is moot and shall be denied as such. 23 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend the Complaint, filed on April 6, 2012, is DENIED as moot. 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 Dated: 6i0kij 28 April 13, 2012 /s/ Gary S.
