ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTIONS FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (Docs. 27, 37.) _____________________________/ 17 Robin Gillen Starr (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action 18 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant 19 to 28 U.S.C. ' 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On January 29, 2013, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 21 Plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunctive relief, filed on July 18, 2012 and August 28, 2012, be 22 denied. Plaintiff was provided an opportunity to file objections to the findings and 23 recommendations within thirty days. To date, Plaintiff has not filed objections or otherwise 24 responded to the findings and recommendations. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ' 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this 26 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the 27 Court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis. 28 1 1 Accordingly, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that: 2 1. 3 4 2013, are adopted in full; and 2. 5 6 The Findings and Recommendations issued by the Magistrate Judge on January 29, Plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunctive relief, filed on July 18, 2012 and August 28, 2012, are DENIED.
