Plaintiff Clarence Leon Dews (“Plaintiff”), a California state prisoner, filed this civil

19 rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on February 21, 2012. The matter was referred to a
20 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.

On March 18, 2013, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendations,

22 recommending that Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment be denied. (ECF No. 29.) Plaintiff
23 has failed to file objections to the Findings and Recommendations.

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(c) and Local Rule 304, this

2 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the
3 Court finds the Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
