IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Plaintiff Wyndel Worthen-Smith

(Plaintiff) and Defendant Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security (Defendant), by

and through their respective counsel of record, that Defendant shall have an extension of time of
20
thirty (30) days to respond to Plaintiff’s opening brief. Defendant requires additional time to
21
properly assess the issues Plaintiff has raised in her brief. The current due date is November 8,
22
2012. The new due date will be December 8, 2012. This is the first extension of time sought by
23
the parties.
