(Doc. 18) 11 RUIZ, et al., 12 Defendants. / 13 14 This civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by Plaintiff Jesse Lee Shavers, a 15 state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, was dismissed on October 12, 2012, with 16 prejudice, for failure to state a claim. On November 5, 2012, Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration 17 was denied. Plaintiff now seeks leave to file an amended complaint. Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a). 18 This case is closed and Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration was previously denied.
