To date, Defendant has 22 not filed objections. 23 In accordance with the provisions of Title 28 of the United States Code section 636 24 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the 25 entire file, the Court finds that the Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record 26 and proper analysis. 27 28 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 The Findings and Recommendations dated March 29, 2012, are ADOPTED IN FULL; 4 2. Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action be REMANDED 5 sua sponte to the Fresno County Superior Court of California, for all further 6 proceedings.
