On September 28, 2015, the parties filed a stipulation for voluntary dismissal with prejudice
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(2). The stipulation is GRANTED and
this action, 1:12-cv-0485 RRB PC and 1:12-cv-0486 RRB PC are DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.1 Each party shall bear their own litigation costs and attorney’s fees.
