Plaintiff Timothy Howard (“Plaintiff”), a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma
pauperis, filed this civil rights action on March 30, 2012. The action settled on April 2, 2015.
On May 1, 2015, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss the action with prejudice

pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Accordingly, this action is

DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each party shall bear its own litigation costs and attorney’s

fees.
