(Doc. 9, ΒΆ 2.) The parties, therefore, stipulated that Defendant's time to file an 20 Anti-SLAPP motion be extended to June 25, 2012, and filed a request seeking court approval of the 21 stipulation. (Doc. 9.) 22 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's time to file an Anti-SLAPP motion is extended to June 25, 2012. 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: ie14hj 27 28 June 5, 2012 /s/ Sheila K.
