' 1983. 14 On November 21, 2013, a settlement conference was held before United States 15 Magistrate Judge Craig M. Kellison, and a settlement agreement was reached, resolving the 16 case in its entirety. On November 21, 2013, the parties filed a stipulated request for dismissal 17 of this action, with prejudice, under Rule 41(a). 18 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 19 1. 20 This case is DISMISSED, with prejudice, on the terms of the parties’ stipulation filed on November 21, 2013; 21 2.
