Although Plaintiff initially declined magistrate judge jurisdiction on June 13, 2012 (ECF No. 21 22 4), Plaintiff subsequently consented voluntarily to magistrate judge jurisdiction on April 18, 2014 23 (ECF No. 31). 24 On September 2, 2015, Defendant consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction. (ECF No. 72.) 25 On September 4, 2015, this action was reassigned to the undersigned for all purposes. (ECF 26 No. 73.)
