OF CORRECTIONS, et al., 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 Defendants. _____________________________________/ Plaintiff John Fratus, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on June 4, 2012. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, which Defendants Callow and Beard opposed. (Docs. 38, 53.) Plaintiff has not yet filed a reply, and on April 6, 2015, Plaintiff filed a status report and motion requesting assistance from the Court regarding his missing legal property. (Doc. 59.)
