On April 8, 2015, Plaintiff John Fratus filed a status report notifying the Court that he now

18 has all of his property. Accordingly, the order directing Defendants Callow and Beard to respond
19 to Plaintiff’s prior status report regarding his missing property boxes, filed on April 8, 2015, is
20 VACATED, and Plaintiff has thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order within which
1
21 to file his reply to Defendants’ opposition to his motion for summary judgment.
