Also 18 19 pending before the court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment, which was taken under 20 submission as of January 6, 2014. Do to the press of matters currently before the court and do to 21 the relatively large volume of materials submitted by the parties in relation to the motion for 22 summary judgment, the court finds that a continuance of dates for the pretrial conference and 23 related trial dates is necessary to provide time for the court to issue its decision on the motion for 24 summary judgment ahead of the pretrial conference. 25 26 THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that the pretrial conference currently scheduled 27 for March 12, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., is CONTINUED to Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. 28 A 1 2 3 4 5 The Trial Date, which is currently set for April 22, 2014, is hereby continued to Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
