[ECF NO. 73]
Plaintiff Abel Valencia is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action
pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Now pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion to vacate and re-schedule the dispositive
20
motion deadline set forth in the Court’s September 16, 2014, discovery and scheduling order, until

25
and if adopted in full, it would dispose of all claims and Defendants, except Plaintiff’s due process
26

27
the Findings and Recommendations on July 6, 2015. (ECF No. 70.) The Findings and
28
Recommendations has not yet been adopted by the Court.
1
Good cause having been presented to the Court, it is HEREBY ORDERED that July 27, 2015,
