(Doc. 62.) 14 Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the motion 15 within twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l). 16 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 17 1. Within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff must file 18 an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment 19 of November 19, 2014; and 20 21 2. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this action will be dismissed, with prejudice, for failure to obey the court=s order and failure to prosecute. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
