As set forth in the Court’s scheduling order issued on September 26, 2018, Respondent is 17 18 required to file any and all transcripts or other documents necessary for the resolution of the 19 issues presented in the Petition. (ECF No. 126). The Court FURTHER ORDERS that the 20 transcripts or other documents shall only be filed electronically and, to the extent 21 practicable, provided in Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) format.
