(ECF No. 33) CHRISTIAN LEPE, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Brandon Jaquay Holmes is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se and in 18 forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named 19 Agents of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). On April 16, 2014, 20 Plaintiff filed a motion requesting that the Court issue an order opening discovery and 21 outlining its procedures. (ECF No. 33.) The Court issued such an order on April 16, 22 2014. (ECF No. 32.) Accordingly, Plaintiff motion is DENIED as moot. 23 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: August 7, 2014 /s/ 26 Michael J.
