That all parties will engage in voluntary mediation which must be completed no later than June 7, 2013, if not sooner; b. That any responsive pleadings which Defendants choose to file in response to 27 Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint shall be due 30 days after the completion of voluntary 28 mediation efforts undertaken by all parties; 1 ORDER RE STIPULATION TO CONTINUE DATES 1 c. That should Defendants choose to file “SLAPP” Motions in accordance with 2 California Code of Civil Procedure Section 425.16 et.seq. in conjunction with any of the claims 3 set forth by Plaintiff in her First Amended Complaint, said Motions must be filed within 60 4 days after the completion of voluntary mediation efforts undertaken by all parties; 5 6 d. That the Initial Case Scheduling Conference presently set for March 28, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. shall be continued to August 13, 2013; and, 7 e.
