DAVID BLANCHFIELD, individually, and CA-JON, INC., doing business as Peerless Printers

(“Defendants”) stipulate and agree that the Court may render judgment in favor of Plaintiffs and
25
against Defendants in the amounts set forth by and pursuant to the terms of the respective Settlement
26
Agreements and Payments Plans (“Settlement Agreements”) hereby referred to as Exhibits 1 and 2
27
and incorporated by reference into this Stipulation for Entry of Judgment and Order (“Stipulation”).

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED and agreed by the parties that if, for any reason, any
2
payment under the terms of this Stipulation is not made within ten (10) days of its due date as is
3
required by the Settlement Agreements, the Plaintiffs shall, at their option, execute on the entire
4
amount of the Judgment, less any payments already made by the Defendants to the Plaintiffs.
